What You'll Do:
Process any status changes for team members to include hiring, promotions / transfers, terminations, name change, marital status, salary changes, etc.
Maintain up-to-date employee files.
Onboard all new hires to include offer letters, background checks, I-9's, tax forms, and policy acknowledgements.
Present HR material to new hires during orientation.
Assist with recruiting efforts, such as job postings and job fairs.
Oversee ordering process on Credit Union's brand store for logo apparel.
Assists with planning and execution of special events.
Perform routine / confidential tasks required to administer and execute Human Resources programs.

What We Need:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support others on your team.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Prior Human Resources experience a plus! Our
