The shift is Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals - Process guest payments and maintain accurate records - Prepare daily reports and balance transactions - Ensure the security of guest information and maintain confidentiality Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours.
