3 years - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems and computer software used in the hotel industry - Ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy We are currently looking for a part time 1-2 days per week.
