Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities - Ensure all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy, including hallways, lobbies, and common areas - Perform deep cleaning tasks - Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with supplies and linens - Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures - Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles not required - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks - Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy levels - Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
